I went to Bradford Royal, Hospital on the 7th April for a extremely painful Neuroma removing from the back of my hand under local anaesthetic. Although it took Mr Williams less than ten minutes to perform the surgery I felt no pain whatsoever and was made to feel at ease the whole time I was there. Ten weeks later and no pain whatsoever and unless I look very very carefully I cannot see a scar. Great stuff Mr Williams, I'm afraid I can't make a constructive suggestion because as far as I'm concerned you cannot improve on perfection. Bill Sutherland.

At the end of February, I had delayed breast reconstruction and I had a DIEP flap reconstruction performed by Mr Williams. Before the surgery, hetalked me very carefully and sensitively through the procedure, he understood my fears of putting myself through major surgery again, but helped me to make my decision. Throughout the many discussions I have had with Mr Williams he has never rushed me, he has answered my questions and he has alleviated my concerns. He has a calm, positive manner and I feel extremely privileged that he was my surgeon. I am delighted with the result, I cannot begin to tell you how positive and refreshed I feel. I feel so happy inside and out and cannot thank him enough for making me feel more like my old self, I feel ready for the next chapter of my life. Physically I look much better, but I was unprepared for the immediate psychological change. Mr Williams is a consummate professional, he is a perfectionist and he looked after me very well. If you want great care, I cannot recommend Mr Williams highly enough and I cannot thank him enough for how well he has made me feel about myself. If you are considering breast reconstruction, all I can say is Go for it! Hope you are lucky enough to get Mr Williams as your surgeon too!
